A manufacturer was facing costly downtime after an aging machine component became unavailable. Replacement parts were no longer supported, leaving the customer with limited options.

Using reverse engineering techniques, Mech Tech analyzed the original component, created updated CAD models, and developed production-ready drawings that allowed the part to be manufactured once again.

The objective was to recreate a reliable replacement component while improving manufacturability and maintaining critical dimensions and performance.

Production was restored without the need for expensive equipment replacement. The customer gained confidence knowing replacement parts could continue to be produced as needed.
